Vamdrup Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Anst Herred in the then Ribe Office , then to Vamdrup Municipality in the expanded Vejle Office , which was merged into the "new" Kolding municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

5563 inhabitants live in the parish, 4869 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Vamdrup Kirke".

Neighboring communities are Skanderup Sogn in the north, Hjarup Sogn in the east and Ødis Sogn in the south-east , furthermore in the neighboring Vejen municipality in the south-west Jels Sogn , in the west Skodborg Sogn and in the north-west Andst Sogn .
