Stepping Kirke

Stepping Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1920 it was the seat of the Stepping District . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Sønder Tyrstrup Herred in what was then Haderslev Amt , then to Christiansfeld Kommune in Sønderjyllands Amt , which was merged into the "new" Kolding Municipality in the Syddanmark region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

805 inhabitants live in the parish, 367 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Stepping Kirke".

Neighboring communities are Ødis Sogn in the north and Frørup Sogn in the north-east , and Hjerndrup Sogn in the neighboring Haderslev municipality in the east , Nustrup Sogn in the south and Sommersted Sogn in the west .
