religion
In the Unterlimpurg district there was a Jewish community from the 18th century. A Jewish community in Unterlimpurg is first mentioned in 1541, then in 1677 and 1688. At the beginning of the 19th century, the Jews of Unterlimpurg belonged to the Steinbach synagogue community.
