Sab Shimono
Saburo Shimono (born July 31, 1943 in Sacramento , California ) is an American actor .
Life
Sab Shimono was born in California to Japanese restaurant owners Masauchi and Edith Mary Shimono. His twin brother Dr. Jiro Shimono is the director of the Delaware Psychiatric Center. Sab Shimono studied at the University of California, Berkeley . Sab Shimono has appeared as a stage actor on both Broadway and regional theaters. One of his bemerkenswertesten film roles that made him famous in German-speaking, was his portrayal of Mr. Kawamura in the film drama Come See the Paradise ( Come See the Paradise ) from 1990. Sab Shimono worked in a variety of in German-speaking well-known TV series such as Hart but cordially or The Waltons . Both in the English-language original version of The Simpsons ( The Simpsons ), as well as in the cartoon series Jackie Chan Adventures , he played a speaking role. In 2009 he played the Japanese billionaire Yoshiro Nishamura in Old Dogs - Daddy or Deal ( Old Dogs ) alongside John Travolta and Robin Williams . Shimono has been married to the writer Steve Alden Nelson since June 2008.
