After graduating from high school, Stoller played for half a year from the summer of 2011 at the French first division club AF Rodez , for which she played ten of twelve possible games during this time and scored two goals. In January 2012 she returned to Hoffenheim and in the following season she was part of the team that made it to the Bundesliga as champions of the 2nd Bundesliga South.

The offensive midfielder played her first Bundesliga game on October 3, 2013 (3rd matchday of the 2013/14 season ): in the 2-2 draw against Bayer 04 Leverkusen , she was in the starting line-up. After seven years at TSG, she left Hoffenheim at the end of April 2015 to join the American W-League club Colorado Pride for two months . In the 2015/16 season she played at SC Sand , also due to the proximity to her place of study in Freiburg (study of medicine) .
