Sagaponack (sæɡəpɒnək) is a village in the United States that belongs to Southampton in Suffolk County (New York) . It is located in the far east of Long Island .

The village was established on September 2, 2005 after a failed attempt to take over Dunehampton, New York . Dunehampton's incorporation would have cut Sagaponack off from the Atlantic .

The population of Sagaponack was given as 313 residents according to the 2010 census.

Local attractions include the Madoo Conservancy, 618 Sagg Main Street, a garden founded in 1967 by artist, gardener, and writer Robert Dash, which has been open to the public since 1993.
