Sahalzi ( Ukrainian Загальці ; Russian Загальцы Sagalzy , Polish Zahalce ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kiev with about 2000 inhabitants (2001).
The village, founded at the end of the 16th century, is the administrative center of the district council of the same name in the west of Borodjanka Rajon with a total of over 3000 inhabitants, to which the villages Bondarnja ( Бондарня , ⊙ ) with about 50 inhabitants, Hai ( Гай , ⊙ ) with about 30 inhabitants, Nowa Buda ( Нова Буда , ⊙ ) with about 850 inhabitants, Potaschnja ( Поташня , ⊙ ) with about 200 inhabitants.
Sahalzi is located at the source of the valley ( Таль ), a 51 km long right tributary of the Teteriv , 9 km west of the Borodjanka district center and 64 km northwest of the state capital Kiev . The village has a train station on the Kovel – Kiev railway line . In the village the trunk road M 07 and the territorial road T – 10–11 intersect .
