Saint-Martin-en-Campagne is a commune Déléguée in the French commune of Petit-Caux with 1,293 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . The inhabitants are called Saint-Martinois .
On January 1, 2016, the former municipality was merged with 17 other municipalities to form Commune nouvelle Petit-Caux. Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Saint-Martin-en-Campagne belonged to the Arrondissement Dieppe and the canton Dieppe-2 .

Saint-Martin-en-Campagne is located about ten kilometers east-northeast of Dieppe on the English Channel on the Alabaster Coast in the Pays de Caux landscape .
Much of the Penly nuclear power plant is in the area of the former municipality.
