Sainte-Osmane is a commune déléguée in the French commune of Val d'Étangson with 178 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Sarthe department in the Pays de la Loire region .

The commune of Sainte- Osmane merged with Évaillé on January 1, 2019 to form the Commune nouvelle Val d'Étangson. Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The commune of Sainte-Osmane belonged to the canton of Saint-Calais and the arrondissement of Mamers .

Neighboring municipalities were Tresson in the northwest, Évaillé in the northeast, Vancé and Cogners in the southeast, Ruillé-sur-Loir and Saint-Georges-de-la-Couée in the south and Montreuil-le-Henri in the southwest.
