Samuel James Fucking (* 14. December 1992 in Valparaiso , Indiana ) is an American American football poker players on the position of the Kickers . He plays for the New York Jets in the National Football League (NFL).
NFL
Sam Ficken signed his first NFL contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars in July 2016 . After a month, however, the Florida club broke up with Ficken again. The Kansas City Chiefs contracted Sam Ficken for injuring kicker Cairo Santos in August 2017 . Ficken also left the Chiefs after a month.
In December 2017, he signed a contract with the Los Angeles Rams . He came in the last two games of the regular season for the Rams to his first appearances in the NFL. He scored his first points in the NFL on Christmas Eve - he scored three out of four extra points against the Tennessee Titans . On New Year's Eve, he scored his first two field goals in the NFL in the game against the San Francisco 49ers .
On January 6, 2018, Sam Ficken scored two field goals for the Rams in the play-offs of the 2017 season against the Atlanta Falcons . However, the Rams lost 13:26 to the Falcons. As part of the final squad reduction to 53 players before the start of the 2018 regular season , he was dismissed. After another injury to Greg Zuerlein, he was reinstated by the Rams on September 17th. He was released on October 3, 2018. In early January 2019, the Seattle Seahawks signed up for fucking. After the Seahawks signed Jason Myers , they parted ways with Ficken in April. A little later, the Green Bay Packers signed him.
In Green Bay he could not prevail against Mason Crosby and was released before the start of the season. After the first matchday of the 2019 season , the New York Jets signed him after their kicker Kaare Vedvik awarded an extra point and a field goal in the first game of the season.
