Samantha Fox (singer)
Samantha "Sam" Karen Patricia Fox (born April 15, 1966 in London ) is a British pop singer , model and actress .
Life
She first gained fame when she presented herself to the readers of the British daily The Sun as the girl on page 3 topless at the age of 16 . In the years that followed, she became one of the most famous pin-up girls in Great Britain, mainly because she had an extremely large and natural bust. In 1983 she had her breasts insured for $ 500,000. In 1986, the computer game Samantha Fox Strip Poker , which contained monochrome photos of Samantha Fox, appeared on several platforms .
Fox later became famous as a singer . Two years earlier she had founded the band SFX with school friends . Their first single Touch Me (I Want Your Body) became a hit in the spring of 1986. Further singles followed from summer 1986 to spring 1989. In total, she had three top 10 hits each in Germany, Great Britain and the USA. Her biggest hits besides Touch Me were Nothing's Gonna Stop Me Now , Naughty Girls (Need Love Too) , Do Ya Do Ya (Wanna Please Me) , I Wanna Have Some Fun and I Surrender . Since then she has been recording albums at irregular intervals.
In 2009 she took part in the ninth season of the British television show I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! part. In the summer of 2016, she participated in the 18th season of Celebrity Big Brother .
In 2015, her manager Myra Stratton, with whom Samantha Fox had been in a relationship from 2003, died. Samantha Fox has been in a relationship again since January 2018.
