The Samica Stęszewska is a small left tributary of the Warta in the Polish Greater Poland Voivodeship . It rises at a height of 78 m near Grzebienisko (Kammthal), in the Gmina Duszniki (Duschnik), flows through the Poznań Lake District, where it crosses several, mostly small lakes (the largest is the Niepruszewskie Lake with 242 ha), predominantly in a south-easterly direction via Stęszew (Stenschewo) and Mosina (Moschin), touching the Wielkopolski National Park (Wielkopolski Park Narodowy) with the reserves Trzcielińskie Bagno and Czapliniec and ends after a run of 37.8 km in the area of the Rogalin Landscape Park (Rogaliński Park Krajobrazowy) at Rogalinek in the Warta. The lower reaches form part of the Mosiński Canal , which connects the Warta with the Obra . The catchment area is given as 182.7 km². The river is an area for experienced canoeists.
