Mosina [ ˈmɔɕɪna ] ( German : Moschin , older also Mossin ; Mosch ) is a Polish city ​​in the Greater Poland Voivodeship with about 12,000 inhabitants. It is located on the Samica Stęszewska about 4 km above its confluence with the Warta and 20 km south of Poznan . The city of Mosina is the capital of the city and rural community of the same name with around 25,000 inhabitants.
