San Isidro del Espino is a town in the Santa Cruz Department in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .
Location in the vicinity
San Isidro del Espino is the largest town in the canton of Saipurú in the district ( Bolivian : Municipio ) Charagua in the province of Cordillera . The village is at an altitude of 705 m between the Voranden chains, which rise to about 1000 m west of San Isidro , and the wetland of the Bañados de Izozog in the east.

San Isidro del Espino is in the area of the tropical climate, the six-month wet season extends from November to April and the dry season from May to October.

Five kilometers south of Abapó, the route 36 branches off in an easterly direction , which is asphalted to San Isidro del Espino and which reaches the village after a further 39 kilometers.
