The Roman Catholic parish church of San Juan Bautista in Abejar , a Spanish municipality in the Soria province of the autonomous community of Castile and León , was founded in the 16th and 17th centuries. Century erected.

architecture

The late Gothic church is John the Baptist ordained . She has three equal ships and high choir in the West. The rectangular tower was added in 1627. The portal is a work of the Renaissance .

Furnishing

The Romanesque font from around 1200 is the oldest piece of equipment in the church. It is decorated with intertwined arches and leaf motifs. The baroque altar from 1664 is worth mentioning.
