Sandfeld is a location in the Lüntenbeck residential area in the Vohwinkel district of Wuppertal .

The location is on today's federal highway 7 , in this section known as Düsseldorfer Straße, and is therefore on the historic connecting road Mettmann - Elberfeld . Neighboring locations and courtyards are Saurenhaus , Schliepershäuschen , Am Oberst , Haus Lüntenbeck and Wieden .

history

The location used to consist of several buildings, due to the expansion of the Dornaper lime industry with the Schickenberg mine , the former buildings north of the main road are laid down. Only two buildings are left of the location today. One of them is named " Haus Sandfeld ", the former restaurant is now used by an antique dealer.
