Sandhikharka ( Nepali सन्धिखर्क Sandhikharka ) is a city (municipality) in central Nepal in the Arghakhanchi district; In 2011 it had 22,098 inhabitants.
The city was created in 2014 by amalgamating the Village Development Committees Argha , Bangla , Dibharna , Khanchikot , Kimadanda , Narapani and Sandhikharka . The urban area covers 127.05 km².
The district administration is located in Sandhikharka.

At the 2011 census, the VDCs that made up the city of Sandhikharka had 40,422 residents (17,985 of them male) in 10,424 households.
