Sanne Kurz

Susanne Kurz , known as Sanne Kurz , (born October 1, 1974 in Ludwigshafen am Rhein ) is a German politician ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ), filmmaker, camerawoman and former artistic and academic assistant at the camera department at the University of Television and Film Munich (HFF Munich).

Life

Kurz grew up in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse and studied documentary film , camera and image design at the HFF Munich in 1995 and camera / light at the Nederlandse Film en Televisie Academie in 1999/2000 . She works as a camerawoman for feature films, documentaries and commercials for Ysabel Fantou , Satu Siegemund , Cheryl Dunye and Volker Goetze, among others . Kurz has taught at national and international film schools in the past. So she taught u. a. at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology , the Victorian College of the Arts ( Melbourne ), the California College of the Arts , the Bavarian Academy for Television and Digital Media and the HFF Munich.

Kurz has been a member of Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen since January 1, 2017 and ran for the state election in Bavaria in 2018 in constituency 109 ( Ramersdorf-Perlach and Trudering-Riem ) in Munich . With the number 15 she was elected to the Bavarian state parliament via the constituency list of Upper Bavaria . Kurz is a member of the Committee for Science and Art and a member of the Broadcasting Council . She is the spokesperson for culture and film for the Greens in the Bavarian state parliament. In the Corona crisis , she successfully campaigned for improved help for cultural workers.
