Sant Pere de Torelló is a municipality in the Autonomous Community of Catalonia . It is located in the Comarca Osona and the province of Barcelona .

history

In September 2012 the local council decided unanimously to declare independence from the Spanish state as "free Catalan territory" and to ask the Generalitat de Catalunya to declare Catalonia's independence within two months.
