Sara Tomic (born February 5, 1998 in Gold Coast ) is an Australian tennis player . Her older brother Bernard Tomic is also a professional tennis player.
Career
Sara Tomic started playing tennis at the age of eight. She mainly plays tournaments on the ITF Women's Circuit , where she has won three singles and two doubles titles so far.
For the Australian Open 2015 she received a wildcard for the doubles at the side of Naiktha Bains ; they were defeated in round one in two straight sentences by the Rodionova sisters. In qualifying for a place in the individual main draw , Sara Tomic was eliminated in the first round.
