Sarah Steele

Sarah Steele (* 16th September 1988 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania ) is an American actress .

Life

Steele grew up in her native Philadelphia. Her mother, Katherine A. High, was a professor of pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania , and her father, George H. Steele, is an internist and part-time lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Steele graduated from the Episcopal Academy private school in Pennsylvania in 2006. She then studied at Columbia University , where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in literature in 2011.

Steele made her film debut in 2004 in her first role in the film Spanglish , where she played a daughter. She then appeared in several US film and television productions , including in 2006 in Mr. Gibb and in the television series Law & Order as well as in 2008 in Criminal Intent . From 2011 to 2016 she played a daughter again in the series Good Wife , but this time an adult. Her portrayal of Marissa Gold in the series made her known to a wider audience and after the series ended, she continued this role in the spin-off The Good Fight . She also plays at the theater in New York. She is in a relationship with actor Raviv Ullman .
