Saskia Metten
Saskia Metten (* 1970 in Mainz ) is a German film editor .
Life
Saskia Metten grew up in Mainz. After a traineeship, she worked as an editing assistant. From 1996 to 2000 she worked in the ARD foreign studio in Mexico City . Back in Germany she was mainly active for the Südwestrundfunk . Her work includes numerous television films.
For Cinema Jenin - The Story of a Dream she was awarded the German Camera Prize in 2012 in the section editing / documentary film.
Metten is a member of the German Film Academy .
