Saturnight is the first live album by the singer and songwriter Cat Stevens .

history

The ninth album by Cat Stevens (now Yusuf) was released in September 1974 and was his first live album. The recordings were made on June 21 and 22, 1974 (Sunplaza Hall, Tokyo) during the Bamboozle Tour in Japan and were also exclusively published there, which meant that demand in other countries was satisfied through imports and later through illegal reprints. So far, the long-playing record has not been re-released on CD. Part of the proceeds were donated to UNICEF .
