Confused by the unfamiliar environment, she now moves into her apartment in a luxury hotel in Singapore. Thomas Kellinger, wealthy businessman and staying in the same hotel, decides to show the “ gray mouse ” the colorful world of Singapore. Disguised as a chauffeur, he shows her the city and wins her heart. Gabriele is now getting to know a side of life that she hadn't suspected before.

The advertising film director Rainer Braunbusch wants to shoot a cigarette commercial in Malaysia. Until the spot is finally in the can, he and his assistant Ulla Prestel drive the main actor Jean-Pierre crazy with clumsy and contradicting instructions.

Tina met a childhood sweetheart in Malaysia, the biologist Dr. Klaus Matthes. First she wants to quit her job as a tour guide and live with Klaus in his house in the jungle. Eventually, however, she realizes that this is not her world.
