Schechen is a district of the Münsing community in the Upper Bavarian district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen . The hamlet is about two kilometers south of Lake Starnberg and less than one kilometer north of the Iffeldorfer district of Sanimoor .

history

Schechen was founded between 1790 and 1806 by the Bavarian Duke Maximilian IV with the aim of enabling the lower social class to exist.
