The Schellenbergmoor nature reserve is located in the municipalities of Eurasburg and Münsing in the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district in Upper Bavaria . It belongs to the Tölzer Moorachse .
The 30.22 hectare area with the number NSG-00306.01, which was placed under nature protection in 1987 , extends east of the 56.36 km² Lake Starnberg . The A 95 runs to the east . The Kuglmühlbach is being built in the area .
The moor is drained in the west via Grenzgraben and Kuglmühlbach to Lake Starnberg and in the east via Schindergraben and Habichtgraben to Loisach .
