Since it is in a state of disrepair, the new building has been planned since 2014 while operations continue. The planning approval decision is to be made in 2018, followed by the construction phase and trial operation will start in 2025. It is to be put into operation in 2026 and the old lock is to be dismantled from 2027 to 2029.
