Shorawka ( Ukrainian and Russian Жоравка ) is a village in the east of the Ukrainian Oblast of Kiev with about 1000 inhabitants (2001).

The village, first mentioned in writing in 1714, is the administrative center of the 20 km² district council of the same name in the east of Jahotyn Rajon , to which the village of Lebediwka ( Лебедівка , ) with about 20 inhabitants belongs.

The village lies at an altitude of 124  m at the confluence of the Schorawske Osero ( Жоравське Озеро ) in the Orschyzja ( Оржиця ), a 29 km long right tributary of the Sula . Shoravka is located near the border with Poltava Oblast 23 km east of the Rajon center Jahotyn and 125 km east of the Oblast center Kiev . The territorial road T – 10–18 runs through the village . The M 03 / E 40 trunk road runs six kilometers south of the village .
