The Schwanthalerstraße is about 1.8 km long city road in the Munich city districts Ludwig-Isarvorstadt and Schwanthalerhöhe .

It leads in an east-west direction from Sonnenstraße via Bavariaring to Ganghoferstraße and thus connects the city center with the west of Munich. It changes from a wide three- to four-lane traffic street to a speed limit of 30 to a one-way street.
