Schweinberg is a village and a cadastral municipality in the Wallsee-Sindelburg municipality in the Amstetten district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were 107 building areas in Schweinberg with a total of 39,288 m² and 91 gardens with 321,426 m², in 1989/1990 95 building areas were designated. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had increased again to 103, with 23 buildings existing. In 2009/2010 there were 78 buildings on 127 construction areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 631 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 203 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 543 hectares and 328 hectares were designated as forest areas. At the end of 2018, 542 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 320 hectares. The average soil climate number of Schweinberg is 41.6 (as of 2010).
