Sebastian Stojetz

Sebastian Stojetz (born February 1, 1989 in Munich ) is a German screenwriter and director .

biography

Stojetz studied after graduating from the University of Television and Film Munich in the field of screenwriting and dramaturgy at Michael Gutmann . In addition to courses in “Creative Writing” under Doris Dörrie , he completed the Masterclass Advertising . In 2014 he was nominated for the First Steps Award in Berlin with his SpecSpot "Hofbräu - Klassentreffen" . The two HFF short films he wrote, “Five Meter Panama” and “A Roll with Style” were each awarded the SKY Blue Flower Award at the Berlinale. He also won the Beta Film award for his comedic series concept “The Empty Fridge” as part of the “SKY writers' room contest”.

From 2015 to 2017 he was the author of the web series Der Lack ist ab (seasons 1–3) by Kai Wiesinger and Bettina Zimmermann . In 2016, the third season of the series premiered at the Munich Film Festival . In 2018 he made his directorial debut with Technically Single , which was the very first web series to be sponsored by FilmFernsehFonds Bayern and in which Alina Stiegler and Maria Furtwängler star. Technically Single celebrated its festival premiere at the Hamburg Film Festival 2018 and can be seen from October 13, 2018 on Maxdome , sixx.de and later on Joyn . He is the creator & author of the new ARD / Degeto series Toni, male, midwife (leading role Leo Reisinger and Wolke Hegenbarth ), which is produced by Bavaria Fiction .
