Sebastian Thaler (born September 27, 1986 in Vienna ) is an Austrian cameraman .

Life and work

Thaler completed his master's degree in image technology and camera at the Vienna Film Academy in 2016. His professors were Walter Kindler and Michael Haneke . He worked and studied with cameraman Ed Lachman .

He worked on many projects with his father Wolfgang Thaler , as a swivel and 1st AC, on films such as "Import / Export" by Michael Glawogger or the "Paradise Trilogy" by Ulrich Seidl .
