occupation

Seconde Chance is a French television series that was produced in France from 2008 to 2009 andbroadcastby Einsfestival from June 4, 2012. Since the success of Plus belle la vie on France 3 , every French television station has wanted to produce its own daily series.

In France, the series was initially successful, after the early exit of Caroline Veyt (Alice Lerois) because of her pregnancy, the audience numbers fell. From the 101st episode, Pascale Michaud (Emilie Marsaud-Broman) was the protagonist of the series.

Due to the now low viewership, TF1 had decided to stop production of the series and not give it a second chance. The last episode aired in France on April 17, 2009. From November 4, 2010, it was repeated on TF1, from August 16, 2011 on NT1 and from December 13, 2012 on HD1.

Seconde Chance was nominated for an Emmy in 2009. The series was also shown in Russia , Japan , Italy and, more recently, u. a. broadcast in Latvia and Finland .

action

Alice Lerois, housewife and mother of two children: Natasha (17 years old) and Hadrian (16), has just separated from her husband. In order to be able to meet the needs of her family, she searches for work and fulfillment. At the advertising agency Broman & Barow, she meets her childhood best friend, Laetitia Demarsey, CEO of B & B. She offers her a job as a secretary, although Alice has little expertise in this area. Now the nightmare begins for Alice. Laetitia had given her the job out of revenge because Alice had taken her boyfriend Mathieu out of her when she was young, the man Alice had just separated from. After a disastrous debut at the agency, she is gradually finding her place.
