The Seebach is a left tributary of the Isen in the middle Isental.

The stream rises in 3 source streams between Landersdorf and Rogglfing (2) and between Schmiedham and Rogglfing (1), these join 300 m southeast of Landersdorf and 400 m northwest of Oberseebach. The Seebach then flows through the villages and hamlets Oberseebach, Zeilhofen , Unterseebach and (the northern part of) Oberdorfen . After flowing around the hamlet of Niederham, it flows into the Isen (after which the Mühlbach branches off) on the southeastern edge of the village.

The historically most important place on the brook is Zeilhofen, but Oberdorf is by far the largest.
