Seillac is a town and commune Déléguée in the French community Valloire-sur-Cisse with 111 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire . The inhabitants are called Seillacais .

The municipality of Seillac merged with Chouzy-sur-Cisse and Coulanges to form the Commune nouvelle Valloire-sur-Cisse on January 1, 2017 . It belonged to the Arrondissement Blois , the canton Onzain (until 2015 the canton Herbault ) and the municipality association Agglomération de Blois .
