The Selischarowka ( Russian Селижа́ровка ) is a 36 km long left tributary of the Volga in the European part of Russia . It is one of the most important tributaries of the Volga on its upper reaches.

The Selischarowka forms the outflow of Lake Seliger in the Tver Oblast . It leaves the lake at its southern end and flows from there in a southerly direction through the wooded west of Tver Oblast. The short but water-rich river flows into the Volga at Selisharovo .
The Selischarowka flows through a wooded valley between ten and twenty meters wide. Because of its attractive location, it is a popular destination for excursions, for anglers and boaters . There are numerous holiday homes and dachas on its banks . The river is frozen from December to March.
