Sergei Loschkin ( Russian Сергей Ложкин ; born April 17, 1968 in Moschga ) is a former Soviet, Russian and Kazakh biathlete and cross-country skier and Paralympic winner. He started in both sports in competitions for the non-disabled and the disabled.

Career

Sergei Loschkin started for Russia in the Biathlon World Cup in 1993 . In the same year he was nominated for the team competition at the Biathlon World Championships and won the silver medal with Alexei Kobelev , Valery Kiriyenko and Sergei Chepikov .

At the 1992 Winter Paralympics in Albertville , he was winner of the season United teams in the cast Nikolai Iljutschenko , Loschkin and Valeri Kuptschinski and won the silver medal in 30-kilometer cross-country skiing in the class B3. Also in 1994 and 1998 he took part in the Paralympics, but resigned for Kazakhstan. Another medal win was denied to him despite good performance, a fourth place in Lillehammer in the 7.5 km sprint in the biathlon (B3) remained his best result.
