Shockwave in Kings Dominion ( Doswell , Virginia , USA ) was a steel roller coaster model Stand-Up from the manufacturer Togo , which opened in 1986. It was closed on August 9, 2015.

The 680 m long route reached a height of 29 m and was equipped with a looping .

It was also one of only two deliveries of the model to the US and, following the closure of King Cobra, the last existing roller coaster of the model in the US.

Trains

Shockwave owned two trains with six cars each. Four people (two rows of two people) could sit in each car. Shoulder straps were used as a restraint system.
