Johann Sigismund Adolf von Dallwitz (born April 24, 1803 in Fraustadt ( Posen ), † April 19, 1882 in Nieder-Hertwigswaldau near Jauer ( Silesia )), Herr auf Siegersdorf, Tschirne, Uhyst und Lips, was a German lawyer and politician, MdFN.

Life

Sigismund von Dallwitz came from the Dallwitz branch of the ancient Scof family. He was a great-uncle of Sigismund von Dallwitz of the same name , who was among other things a member of the Reichstag .

Sigismund von Dallwitz studied law in Halle and Berlin . In 1822 he joined the old Halle fraternity . From 1831 to 1832 he was district court assessor in Bydgoszcz , 1832-1838 Higher Regional court assessor , first in Breslau , 1835 in Luban , from 1838 to 1839 rural and urban court director and county Judicial Council in Luban. In 1840 he was appointed higher regional judge in Bromberg. Before becoming a member of the National Assembly, he resigned from civil service. In the Frankfurt National Assembly he belonged to the conservative-liberal casino group, with which he campaigned for a constitutional monarchy and a German nation -state.
