Sigurd Frisvold

Sigurd Frisvold (born July 5, 1947 in Kristiansund ) is a former Norwegian general and was in his last employment from April 30, 1999 to April 1, 2005 Commander in Chief of the Norwegian Armed Forces .

Life

After his officer training, Sigurd Frisvold earned degrees in history , political science and political education with the Norwegian army . In addition to his courses at Norwegian military schools, he also completed training with the United States Marine Corps .
