Silvia Maleen (born January 17, 1979 in St. Ulrich im Mühlkreis , Austria ) is an Austrian actress .

Silvia Maleen grew up in Ortisei near Linz . After graduating from the Stiftergymnasium in Linz, she attended the Conservatory of the City of Vienna , which she successfully completed. Her first permanent engagement was at the Theater in der Josefstadt in Vienna , where she made her debut as Melitta in Franz Grillparzer's "Sappho" alongside Ulli Maier . Then she was a member of the ensemble at the Regensburg City Theater . There she was seen as Julie in Strindberg's "Miss Julie", Hermia in Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and Virginia in Brecht's "Life of Galileo". In 2004 she was nominated for the Bavarian Theater Prize for her portrayal of the Giacinta in Goldoni's “Trilogy of Summer Holidays”. She then played at the Fritz Rémond Theater in Frankfurt , the Apollo Theater (Siegen) , Theater am Dom Cologne, the Comedy Düsseldorf and others.

Silvia Maleen has been working mostly for German television since 2008. She became known through the role of Jennifer Steinkamp in the RTL series Alles was geht , which she embodied for over two years. This was followed by series such as Das Traumschiff, Die Rosenheim Cops, Heldt, Alarm für Cobra 11 or Paul Kemp - all no problem .

Silvia Maleen became the mother of a son in 2015 and lives with her family near Cologne .
