Sinabronn is a district of the municipality of Lonsee in the Alb-Donau district in Baden-Württemberg . The village is about one and a half kilometers east of Lonsee.

history

Sinabronn is first mentioned in a document in 1377. The place belonged to the Albeck rule and was sold with it in 1385 by the Counts of Werdenberg to the imperial city of Ulm . The originally extensive possessions of the von Westerstetten family came mostly into church hands from the 14th century. Ulm bought the goods of the monasteries of Elchingen and Blaubeuren in the 16th century. In 1534 the Blaubeuren monastery exchanged the Widumhof for Ulm.

In 1803 Sinabronn came to Bavaria and in 1810 through the border treaty between Bavaria and Württemberg to the Kingdom of Württemberg , where the place was subordinated to the Oberamt Ulm .

Sinabronn was incorporated on April 1, 1972 as a district from Halzhausen to Lonsee.
