The Sinaise is a river in France that runs in the Center-Val de Loire region . It rises near the hamlet of Le Plaix , in the southeastern municipality of Urciers , generally drains in a northerly direction and, after around 31 kilometers, flows into the Arnon as a left tributary in the municipality of Touchay . On its way, the Sinaise crosses the Indre and Cher departments .
