The Siniff Bay is a bay on the Hobbs Coast of the West Antarctic Marie Byrd lands . It lies between Publishers Point in the west and Melville Point in the east.
The United States Geological Survey mapped the bay based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1959 and 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1974 after Donald B. Siniff, from 1971 to 1972 head of the team of the United States Antarctic Research Program to study the population dynamics of Weddell seals at McMurdo Sound and previously participated in the International Weddell Sea Oceanographic Expedition from 1967 to 1968.
