Siw Inger
Siw Inger (born March 7, 1953 in Laholm , Hallands län ), actually: Siv-Inger Svensson, is a Swedish singer .
Career
Siw Inger, who initially worked as a telephone operator after leaving school , began a career as a singer in her home country in the early 1970s. In 1972 she recorded her first record in German. Her best-known titles were San Diego Train, Come and Play with Me and Don't Fear, You Can Learn That . Many of her publications, with which she also appeared in various music programs on television, were versions of successful international titles sung in German by artists such as Dr. Hook , Luv ' , Blondie and the Carpenters . Although Inger has not yet been featured in any of her titles in the German sales hit parades, there is still a loyal fan base. From 1976 to 1982 seven of her singles reached middle positions in the radio charts, including the Gunter Gabriel production Hey, just don't push, young man.
1981 Siw Inger sang the German title song of the animated series Doctor Snuggles , which was published in 1981 on the soundtrack for the series on Polydor .
From 1987 to 1994 she was married to the Hamburg timber wholesaler Christian Schlobach (* 1943). After the divorce, she went back to Sweden, where she still lives today.
