Skärblacka is a locality ( tätort ) in the Swedish province County Östergötland and the historical province Östergötland . The place is on the south side of Lake Glan , where the Motala flows from the Roxen into the Glan.

Until the merger of the rural community Skärblacka ( Skarblacka landskommun ) with the community of Norrköping in 1971 Skärblacka was the main town of the rural community.

There is a large paper mill in the village .
