Skibby Municipality was a Danish municipality in what was then Frederiksborg Amt on the island of Zealand until December 2006 . Since January 2007 it has been part of the new Frederikssund Municipality together with the “old” Frederikssund Municipality , the Jægerspris Municipality and the Slangerup Municipality (excluding the Uvelse constituency ) .
