Hillerød Kommune was a Danish municipality in what was then Frederiksborg Amt on the island of Zealand until December 2006 . Since January 2007 it has been part of the new Hillerød municipality together with the municipality of Skævinge and the electoral district of Uvelse of the municipality of Slangerup .
