The Smoke Creek (also called Da-deo-da-na-suk-to , Smoke's Creek or Smokes Creek ) is a small river in Erie County , in the US state of New York , in the United States . It rises southwest of East Aurora and flows into Lackawanna , into Lake Erie . The height above sea level is 174 meters. A left tributary is the South Branch Smoke Creek . The catchment area of Smoke Creek measures about 85 square kilometers (33 square miles ).
