2004 Summer Paralympics / table tennis
At the 2004 Summer Paralympics in Athens , medals were awarded in a total of 28 table tennis competitions.
The decisions were made between September 18 and 27, 2004. The venue was the Galatsi Olympic Hall , where the rhythmic gymnastics competitions took place.
Classes
There were ten classes in table tennis. Classes TT 1 to TT 5 started in a wheelchair, classes TT 6 to TT 10 while standing.
In the individual and team competition, different classes were combined for women and men. There were seven individual competitions for women and ten for men. In the team competition, three medals were awarded for women and eight medals for men. A total of 28 medals were awarded. The classes have been summarized as follows:
